3. Accounts

4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will notify you in advance of any changes to pricing.

Quikzer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quikzer Technology LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quikzer is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of Quikzer constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
